TAV Airports’ subsidiaries ATÜ Duty-Free, BTA and TAV OS were recognized for the service quality of their operations in Oman’s airports. The event held at Al Bustan Palace Hotel was hosted by of Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service.
TAV OS operates at all four airports in Oman, providing meet-and-greet services, carpark management and lounge operations. Its primeclass Lounge in Muscat Airport welcomed 350 thousand passengers in its first year of operation.
Additionally, ATÜ Duty-Free has retail operations in Salalah Airport and BTA provides F&B services consisting of 20 outlets at Muscat Airport.

TAV OS GM Bora Isbulan said “Today we operate 83 lounges at 40 airports in 23 countries around the world. We provide extensive know-how in managing the commercial offer at airports while engaging with passengers through our LoungeMe app, the loyalty program TAV Passport, TAVPort.com and Airporteasy.com platforms.”
BTA CEO Sadettin Cesur noted “This award by Oman Airports is very valuable for us as we aim to further our service quality in all our operations all around the world.”
The new terminal in Muscat Airport was inaugurated in 2018 and it became a point of attraction in the southernmost part of the Arabian Peninsula. The airport recently won the prestigious Airport Service Quality Award from ACI.
