Zagreb and Skopje airports received the prestigious Airport Service Quality award in their respective categories. Given by ACI World through passenger surveys, the awards will be presented in a ceremony in Bali in September.
Two airports in TAV’s portfolio ranked among the best in Europe. ACI World announced the ASQ survey results today. Skopje Airport is awarded in the category of “2 million or less passengers” and Zagreb Airport is awarded in the category of 2 to 5 million passengers annually. ASQ awards are given following a survey of more than 640 thousand passengers in 91 countries.
TAV Airports President&CEO Sani Şener said “As TAV, we operate 15 airports in seven countries. Last year we welcomed a total of 152 million passengers in our airports. Passenger satisfaction is at the core of all our operations. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and fast travel experience for our passengers. We follow the needs and expectations of our passengers closely and provide innovative solutions. This recognition by our passengers is very valuable and makes us proud. With our qualified human resource and our know-how, we became a preferred brand in airport operations on a global scale. I wholeheartedly thank all our employees for this achievement.”
In addition to Zagreb and Skopje, Muscat Airport, where TAV subsidiaries BTA and TAV O&M undertook the F&B, lounge and CIP services, received the most improved services award in the Middle East.
